Description Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update group standard operating procedures and instructional documents. Conduct internal audits and report findings. Lead and manage external ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001). Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper storage of company contracts in the document management system. Participate as a member of the Health & Safety committee. Deliver training on quality-related topics across the organisation. Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise the board on emerging issues. Provide expert guidance on compliance areas such as GDPR, AML, sanctions, export policy, and sustainability.
