Your Role
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will:
* Assist in managing a dynamic team within our indoor and outdoor operations.
* Oversee exciting events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other engaging activities!

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
* Responsible for leading front-of-house operations and providing premium service.
* Experienced in stock management, including reconciliation.
* A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Experienced in managing a team (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
