We're looking for a strong leader who can manage the demands of a busy events operation while driving innovation, efficiency, and quality. You'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding food experiences across a wide variety of events – from corporate functions to VIP receptions.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading the events kitchen team, delivering flawless food across a range of functions and service styles
Working closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Retail Sous Chef to ensure smooth coordination across all outlets
Designing and delivering innovative, seasonal menus tailored to client briefs and event themes
Driving high standards in food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety
Supporting a calm, collaborative kitchen culture, even in the most high-pressure moments
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in high-volume events or hospitality
Exceptional kitchen management and organisational skills
Creativity and passion for food – with the ability to design menus that wow guests and streamline service
A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and with clients
