Role: Psychology Teacher
As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students in their study of Psychology. You will support students in developing a well-rounded understanding of mathematical principles and their application. Your role will include:
* Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and meaningful Psychology lessons to students of various age groups (KS4 and KS5).
* Encouraging students to apply mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills in various contexts.
* Supporting students in their academic development, providing guidance and support when needed.
* Contributing to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
* Participating in the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Psychology.
* Ensuring the effective delivery of the Psychology syllabus.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Psychology department.
Key Qualities We Are Looking For:
* A strong passion for Psychology and a desire to support students' mathematical journeys.
* A recognised teaching qualification in Psychology, or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching Psychology to secondary-aged students is highly desirable.
* A passion for developing young people academically.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
