AI and Data Strategist
Grade: Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional AI and Data Strategy Manager to shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across multiple industry sectors. This role demands a strategic business technologist who can translate AI capabilities into tangible business value while designing the organizational frameworks needed to become an AI-first enterprise.
Your impact
1. Define comprehensive AI and data strategies tailored to client organizations across consumer products, retail, health, energy, and life sciences sectors
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of industry-specific value chain and identify a portfolio of high impact AI use cases, to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation
3. Assess organizational AI maturity and create tailored roadmaps for transformation including operating models, organisational structure and capabilities required to deliver the strategy
4. Define high-level business and technology architectures that enable scalable AI deployment
5. Lead cross-functional workshops and design sessions with senior stakeholder to Influence and align diverse stakeholder groups around a unified AI vision
6. Present complex AI concepts and recommendations to board-level audiences
7. Prioritize AI initiatives based on strategic value, feasibility, and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
Experience
8. Stong experience in AI/ML strategy, data strategy, or digital transformation consulting
9. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level AI strategies for Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations
10. Deep expertise in at least two of the following industries: consumer products, retail, healthcare, energy, or life sciences
11. Experience in designing operating models and organizational structures for data and AI functions
12. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, computer vision, and NLP
13. Knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure
14. Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management, and regulatory requirements
15. Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
16. Proven communication and presentation skills.
17. Proven stakeholder management skills with excellent facilitation and workshop design capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
18. MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
19. Certification in relevant areas (, cloud platforms, data governance, AI ethics)
20. Experience with Big 4 consulting methodologies and framework
21. Continuous learning mindset to stay ahead of rapidly evolving AI landscape
