Duties
* Assistinthedailycareandsupervisionofchildreninthenurserysetting.
* Engagechildreninage-appropriateactivitiesthatpromotelearninganddevelopment.
* Supporttheleadnurserystaffinimplementingeducationalprogrammes.
* Maintainaclean,safe,andorganisedenvironmentforchildrentoexploreandlearn.
* Communicateeffectivelywithchildren,parents,andcolleaguestoensureacollaborativeapproachtochildcare.
* Observeandrecordchildren'sprogressandbehaviour,providingfeedbacktoseniorstaffasnecessary.
* Helpmanagedailyroutines,includingmealtimes,naptimes,andplaysessions.
* Fosterpositiverelationshipswithchildrentoencouragetheirsocialskillsandemotionalwell-being.
Experience
* Previousexperienceworkingwithchildreninanurseryorchildcaresettingispreferred.
* Abackgroundinearlychildhoodeducationorrelevantqualificationswouldbeadvantageous.
* Strongleadershipskillstohelpguideyoungerassistantsorvolunteerswhennecessary.
* ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglishtointeracteffectivelywithchildrenandparents.
* Abilitytomanagemultipletaskswhilemaintainingacalmdemeanourinabusyenvironment.
* Agenuineloveforworkingwithyoungchildren,demonstratingpatienceandunderstanding.
