Typical Shifts Mon‑Sun 7:30am‑2:30pm and 2:30pm‑9:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.00ph

Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, and assist the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. Your tasks may include allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support can manage their finances.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
