Your Mission at Epassi
You’ll play a pivotal role driving the growth and commercial success of our Marketplace. Our Marketplace brings together trusted third‑party benefit solutions integrated seamlessly into the award‑winning Zest platform, enabling clients to offer their employees richer, more flexible benefits. Your role is to make that ecosystem thrive: increase adoption of partner solutions, deepen partner relationships, and ensure our Marketplace consistently delivers value to clients and end users.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketplace offerings are clearly positioned, effectively delivered, and aligned with client needs, market expectations, and legal requirements.
A strong background in Consulting and the Benefits industry is essential to succeed in this role.
Your Responsibilities
Marketplace growth & partner management
* Deliver marketplace sales targets through smart cross‑sell and upsell strategies
* Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with marketplace merchants
* Track partner performance, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure solutions create clear client value
* Contribute directly to wider commercial and business objectives
Internal enablement & collaboration
* Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with the training, insights, and materials they need to confidently sell marketplace solutions
* Support Professional Services with solution expertise and implementation coordination
* Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong commercial outcomes
Client engagement & issue resolution
* Support escalated client queries related to marketplace solutions, ensuring swift and effective resolution
* Act as a key link between clients, internal teams, and marketplace partners to support smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption.
Essential
* Experience working in the Consulting and Benefits industry
* Experience consulting with Benefits providers and understanding their commercial models
* Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building long‑term partner relationships
* Proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solution value to internal teams and clients
* Experience supporting sales processes, pitches, or client‑facing engagements
* Understanding of compliance and information‑handling requirements
Desirable
* Experience with digital marketplaces, or technology‑driven Benefits solutions
* Familiarity with implementation processes or professional services delivery
