Role
Role and Responsibilities
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting the individual learning needs of your students. You will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Main tasks include
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and collaboration.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support student learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their childs progress.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of student achievements and progress.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
* Passionate about education and committed to supporting student learning.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of diverse learners.
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for primary education.
* Experience planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Ability to use various assessment methods to track student progress.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
