About The Role
M Group is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their Minor Projects team. The team provides technical and engineering services across various electrical disciplines. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in safety, compliance, and the delivery of several challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver airport minor projects, managing multiple programmes effectively, focusing on resource, plant, and materials to ensure value, quality, safety, and compliance.
* Oversee projects from tender and pre-construction to completion and handover.
* Support a strategy for high-quality electrical project delivery within a highly governed transport industry.
* Maintain a client-focused approach, understanding the scope of works thoroughly.
* Apply business and commercial acumen, working within CDM 2015, NEC3, JCT, and bespoke contract conditions.
* Act as a point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and third parties, leading the project team with risk assessments, method statements, H&S site management, work package plans, and construction phase documentation.
About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
* NVQ Level 6 or above and/or knowledge of 18th Edition regulations, with experience managing aviation projects.
* Formal project management qualification (e.g., APM) is preferred.
* Experience managing projects in safety-critical environments.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations, especially CDM.
* Commercial acumen with experience in NEC contracts and project management.
* Proven experience with project and commercial deliverables.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
