Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join an Outstanding mixed secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to become a valued member of a high-performing and well-structured school community.

The administration team plays a crucial role in the daily running of the school, supporting attendance, admissions, safeguarding compliance, examinations, and communication with parents and external agencies. Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced school administrator who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.

Essential requirements include:
• Previous experience working in a school or education setting
• Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
• Experience using SIMS, Arbor, or similar MIS
• High levels of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
