We are seeking a Finance Team Leader to support the day-to-day system administration and staff management for our client in Ballymena. The role involves maintaining system integrity, supporting end users, and liaising with service providers to ensure smooth financial system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Support system administration and governance of financial systems (FPL)
6. Manage user roles, access rights, and authorisation frameworks
7. Provide helpdesk support and guidance to system users
8. Monitor support inboxes and ensure timely resolution of queries
Essential Criteria:
9. Experience: 3 years relevant finance experience OR ATI Certificate (QCF Level 4) with 2 years relevant experience
10. Other Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
