Overview
* We are seeking an exceptional PMO Leader to join the Office of the CEO at a rapidly scaling charge point operator (CPO) driving the energy transition. This role is key in supporting the CEO with coordination of transformation and projects, including working closely with the CFO and team on M&A.
* You will work directly with the CEO, and supporting the CFO and Executive Committee (ExCo), and senior leadership to drive critical initiatives particularly in strategic growth planning, M & A and operational scaling. This position blends exceptional project and programme management expertise with agile, cross-functional leadership to shape the future of the company.
The role
M&A and Growth Strategy
* Support the CEO and CFO in coordination of M&A opportunities aligned with the CEO’s strategic agenda
* Assist the CFO in leading Vendor due diligence programs, coordinating inputs across internal stakeholders and external advisors
Project & Initiative Leadership
* Program manage for the CEO, high-impact initiatives from inception to implementation across strategic, operational, and financial domains
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning funding rounds, international expansion, organisational scaling, and regulatory navigation
* Apply a consulting-style, structured approach to project delivery with direct ExCo visibility
Executive Engagement & Support
* Working with CEO and Exec to Develop clear, concise materials, M&A business cases, and board presentations
You’ll bring
* Significant experience in M&A:supporting deal execution, due diligence, and post-merger integration
* Proven ability to work directly with C-suite executives, boards, and executive committees (ExCo)e
* Ability to operate in highly dynamic or data-scarce environments
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complexity into executive-level insight
* Experience in EV charging, clean energy, or regulated infrastructure industries
* Background in supporting or leading C-suite decision-making, board preparation, or CEO/CFO/COO support functions
* Familiarity with EU energy regulation, carbon pricing, or transport decarbonisation policy
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Outstanding academic record in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline
