Make this your real job! Our Lift Operations Team Leader is a true legend who provides support in the management of day-to-day winter operations at Treble Cone. The backbone of our base ops team, they assist in making sure lifts are being operated safely, with guest services a top priority for all members of the team. Their strengths lie in organisation, leadership & common sense - as well as a strong passion for snow sports!

1. You've had a bit of mountain experience in an operations role
2. You have industry specific training and qualifications
3. You're great with people, & have experience leading teams
4. You love taking initiative & common sense is your forte!
5. You're computer literate in Microsoft Office
6. "Organised" is your middle name - You can manage big teams effortlessly on a daily basis
7. You learn quickly & are a great listener
8. You lead by example - if your crew does what you do, they'll all be epic lifties!
