Salary:
* Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
* Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)

Purpose of the Job
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in a children's residential home, working closely with young people who exhibit challenging behavior. We need individuals who are:

This permanent role offers excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You will work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
Essential Skills
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear, neat records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
* Capability to complete daily records to meet statutory and policy requirements
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to work towards a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
