WhatYou’llBe Doing
As a Lecturer in Plumbing, you will:
* Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Plumbingwithin the Construction sector.
* Provide hands-on and theoretical instruction in key areas such aspipework systems, hot andcold waterinstallations, sanitation, and heating systems.
* Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning toreal-world plumbing applications and industry standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.
* Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.
WhatWe’reLooking For
We seek candidates who:
* Hold aminimum Level 3 Plumbing qualification(or equivalent) andGCSEs in English and Maths.
* Hold Teaching Qualifications
* Havecurrent knowledge and experience in plumbing installation and maintenance, ideally gained through industry practice.
* Demonstrate effective classroom management, excellent time management, andstrong communicationskills.
* Are proficient in preparing teaching materials usingInformation Learning Technology (ILT).
