About the role
We are recruiting for Operations Clerks within our Warehouse Team. As a Warehouse Operations Clerk, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the administration of your department is completed as well as supporting the department with any operational activities as required. There will also be times when you will need to support the Warehouse team.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Clerks, Team Managers to ensure that all paperwork within your team is completed accurately & goods within the warehouse function are received properly.
You will ensure that all Warehouse Operatives are communicated to with relevant information, and support with equipment queries.
This role is a night shift role working 10pm-6am Sunday - Thursday
Main Responsibilities
Completing the clerical functions necessary to keep physical warehouse activity running smoothlyMonitoring of pick and replenishment control screens for Ambient, Tobacco and Frozen Investigating of back pics, suspended pics and replenishmentsDealing with Proof of Delivery PaperworkDealing with Drivers and receipt paperworkReleasing orders for checkingLiaising with goods in checkers and supply chainAssisting in the counting of stock as requiredAssisting in the issue of any paperwork, documentation as requiredUndergoing any training when required by the CompanyAny other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the businessYou will need
You have sound numeracy and literacy skillsYou have experience within warehouse chambers (advantageous but not essential)You are flexible and versatileYou are able to produce quality standard of workYou have good PC and organisational skillsYou have the ability to work under pressure You are an advocate for Health & SafetyWhat's in it for you
