Job Overview:
Join our award-winning social media agency as a Senior Graphic Designer! We are a fast-growing, dynamic agency known for our creativity and excellence in social media marketing. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented and passionate graphic designer to lead our small, collaborative team of designers.
This role is perfect for someone with a flair for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, who is excited to conceptualise and develop innovative designs for a range of different mediums (majority digital / social assets).
As we enter of 5th year, opportunities from exciting brands and rolling in thick and fast. As such, this role will also play a leading role in conceptualising design for pitches & proposals, as well as managing the design team to ensure this is executed on time.
Beyond anything, we’re looking for someone with creative flair, an eye for detail and a genuine passion for great design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the creative process with original ideas and a fresh perspective on current design trends.
* Design compelling graphics and visual content for social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
* Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
* Provide support to other designers in the team, offering creative input and feedback.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies to keep our designs cutting-edge and engaging.
* Assist in developing and maintaining the agency’s design assets and libraries.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
* At least 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, particularly for social media.
* Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively, work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
* A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, scaling agency environment.
* Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
