The shift pattern for this role is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Diagnostics Directorate is seeking a full-time Access & Performance Assistant, primarily based at Stobhill, with possible duties in other GGC imaging departments as needed. The main responsibility is to deliver comprehensive, confidential, efficient, high-quality, and timely data analysis and administrative support across Greater Glasgow & Clyde Diagnostic Imaging.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Previous clerical experience
* Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Flexible approach and understanding of teamwork principles
* Ability to work proactively, independently, and on own initiative
* Clear communication skills with patients and staff at all levels
* Experience in extracting and presenting statistical data in formats such as Word or Excel
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
* Basic understanding of medical terminology, with development through training and experience
* Knowledge of procedures and regulations related to Imaging, gained through experience
