Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (Pro Rata for maternity cover)

Our continued growth means we are now looking for a skilled Project Manager with fit-out experience to join our expanding team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial and office environments. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery – from client liaison and planning through to execution, handover and aftercare.
This is a maternity cover role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organisational ability, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, programme and budget requirements are achieved.

Develop project programmes and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
*
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
*
Coordinate with site managers and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Oversee procurement of materials, labour and subcontractors.
*
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality standards and health & safety compliance.
*
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
*
Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out/refurbishment sector.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations and H&S compliance.
*
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
*
Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, programmes and teams effectively.
*
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the M25 area.
*
PRINCE2 qualification (Foundation or Practitioner).
*
Right to work in the UK.
Qualifications (desirable but not essential):
*
Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
*
CSCS card (Manager level).
*
First Aid at Work certification.
*
Membership of a professional body (CIOB, RICS, APM) advantageous.
