General Manager (Northern Ireland / Ireland Region)

At McAllister, a Vortex Company, we are looking for a General Manager to take charge of our Northern Ireland / Ireland operations and lead a dynamic team to deliver excellence in trenchless technologies and environmental infrastructure services.
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving operational performance, leading regional strategy, overseeing contracts and delivering high-quality service for our clients across multiple service lines. Oversee performance across safety, quality, productivity and financial KPIs.
Drive commercial success and client satisfaction across multiple contracts.
Lead and mentor senior leaders including Heads of Operations and Commercial.
Champion health & safety and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Promote a culture of innovation, performance and continuous improvement.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and regional financial reporting.
Work cross-functionally with Fleet, HSQE, HR and Group functions.
Proven commercial and operational acumen with P&L responsibility.
Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
Strong understanding of H&S, compliance, and operational risk management.
