About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced senior leader in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) to join our team. This role is critical in driving innovation and improvement across our specialist education network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert leadership in shaping SEND strategies across multiple schools
* Support and drive school improvement to enhance specialist education
* Advise on quality assurance, safeguarding, and curriculum development
* Lead professional dialogues and research to refine SEND best practices
* Represent the organization in key educational leadership groups
Requirements:
* Proven experience in senior leadership within SEND
* Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites
