You will be part of our supportive and friendly dietetic team based at North Devon District Hospital of the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust. The paediatric dietetics team covers children’s inpatient ward, special care baby unit and outpatients. We provide face to face, telephone and video support to families.
We believe in the importance of supporting the next generation of dietitians and we play a key role in student placements from the University of Plymouth.
We value innovation across our therapies services. We have introduced a Research and Innovation Lead, and adopted new techniques.
For newcomers at the Royal Devon, you’ll have the opportunity to join our buddy scheme, and we’ll provide a tailored induction and local insights to help you settle into your new role. You’ll enjoy regular 1‑2‑1s, team catch‑ups, mentoring and appraisals.
Training and development opportunities are available for clinical or leadership development, courses, secondments or placements.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (potential for a 4‑day or 5‑day work pattern)
