Responsibilities
* Running And Maintaining Kitchen Standards in Head Chef Absence
* Stock Control and Ordering from Multiple Suppliers
* Fast Paced service, ability to work under high pressure
* Understanding/Qualifications in Food Hygiene (HACCP, COSSH, SFBB)
* Knife Skills and Prepping at speed
Experience
* Minimum 2 Years in role previously
* Driving Commute Preferable (Can Commute Via Public Transport with 10 min walk)
* Culinary Nous

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
