Responsibilities
* Write research plans for, and conduct user research for a specific product, service or programme
* Undertake quantitative research activities such as questionnaire design and analysis of quantitative data
* Undertake qualitative research activities such as interview design, moderation, usability testing, facilitating workshops, contextual enquiry, co‑design, and ethnographic research
* Synthesize and present research findings to non‑research colleagues
