We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start from October 2025 for a permanent role in a Secondary School in Reading. This Learning Support Assistant role would involve working with a student who is visually impaired. The hours for this Learning Support Assistant role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Learning Support Assistant Role: Able to provide 1 to 1 support Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school as well as external professionals Ability to support students and encourage their progression Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement effectively Learning Support Assistant Requirements: Recent experience working as a Learning Support Assistant A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable Good knowledge and awareness of visual impairments Ability to work professionally and effectively in a team Why Class Act Teaching Services?
