You will: Carry out vocational profiling with people experiencing serious mental ill health Deliver rapid job search based on individual preference Build trusted relationships with local employers Match people into paid work aligned to their goals Prepare participants for disclosure, interviews and workplace expectations Provide intensive in-work support after job start Work closely with clinical teams to manage risk and wellbeing Track job starts, sustainment and progression Maintain high-quality, fidelity-compliant case records Your focus is speed with integrity – the right job, at the right time, in the right way.
