Location:Bracknell Head Office (office-based, with 1 remote day per week after training)
Hours:35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Youll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, supporting them as they go through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Its meaningful work and well support you every step of the way.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll help manage the day-to-day administration of mediation cases, supporting our mediators and clients from initial enquiry through to case completion.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming client emails and messages
* Booking mediation appointments and keeping case notes updated
* Liaising with clients, mediators and solicitors
* Providing calm, clear and compassionate communication
* Following internal processes and procedures accurately
* Working closely with the wider case management and support team
Please note:This is a primarilyoffice-basedrole in Bracknell. After your training period, there may be an opportunity to workremotely 1 day per week.
Who Were Looking For
You dont need to have worked in family law or mediation before well teach you that. But you must beorganised, reliable and empathetic and comfortable working in a structured admin role.
You must have:
* At least 1 year of experience in administration, coordination or customer service
* Great communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive, supportive and friendly attitude
* Good IT skills (comfortable using email, CRMs and ai.)
* The ability to commute to our Bracknell Head Office, MondayFriday
Bonus points for:
* Experience in legal, healthcare or family support settings
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Understanding of client confidentiality and handling sensitive information
