Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our respected and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of one of the region’s leading firms.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:
o Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
o Property development and strategic land projects
o Commercial landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, break clauses)
o Portfolio and estate management
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documents
* Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
* Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord/tenant issues
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
* Commercial awareness and proactive approach to business development
