Amour Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to work for a fast-paced team based in Havant

Duties include:
1. Act as the main point of contact for a set of key accounts
2. Provide logistical and administrative support, including addressing quality concerns, delivery issues, and invoice discrepancies, and resolving any resulting conflicts
3. Share updates and information with customers regarding pricing, order status, tracking details
4. Handle incoming sales calls, resolving queries or passing them to the appropriate colleague
Personal requirements:
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate Excel skills preferred
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally
7. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
8. Professional and friendly telephone manner
9. Background or experience in administration, logistics, or customer support
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1615 and 0800-1500 Friday
Salary: £25,000- £28,000 (depending on experience)
