Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Brighton area (Hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a growing professional services organisation operating in a fast-paced SME environment.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading brand, digital, and content strategy, while managing a small in-house team and external partners. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role plays a key part in driving enquiries, strengthening market positioning, and supporting overall business growth.

The Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior or managerial marketing role
* Experience managing or supervising marketing team members
* Confident managing agencies and external suppliers
* Strong data and analytics capability (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Commercial mindset with a strategic approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
* Willingness to test new approaches and embrace innovation
* Permanent right to live and work in the UK
The Role:
* Leading and delivering brand, marketing, and content strategy
* Managing a small in-house marketing team and external partners
* Coordinating integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
* Using data and insight to drive marketing decisions and performance
* Supporting business development through targeted marketing activity
* Maintaining awareness of marketing trends and best practice
