Heart of Supply is welcoming passionate Primary Early Career Teachers to join our growing team, supporting fantastic schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
We offer roles across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, from day-to-day cover to short and longer-term placements, giving you the freedom to shape your teaching journey while making a real difference in the classroom.
As a Early Career Teacher supply teacher, you’ll step in to deliver engaging lessons, follow prepared plans, and provide a calm, structured learning environment. Your ability to adapt quickly, build strong relationships, and maintain positive behaviour will be key. Whether you’re an ECT eager to build experience or an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, this is a great way to start the year with options and support in place.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
