Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £50,000–£52,000 + £7,000 car allowance + benefits
Working Pattern: 5 days on-site (hybrid in discussion)
A well-established UK manufacturing company with multiple sites is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant. This hands-on role supports several sites, owning the numbers and partnering with operations to drive performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet for multiple sites
* Production of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis
* Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Attend monthly site review meetings and present insights to non-finance stakeholders
* Drive profit improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls
* Support internal and external audits
* Partner with operations to improve financial performance
Candidate Profile Essential:
* Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or late-stage finalist
* Strong experience in full management accounts
* Proven business partnering experience
* Solid understanding of balance sheet management
* Experience with forecasting and budgeting
* Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence operational teams
Desirable:
* Manufacturing background (highly preferred)
* Experience with stock / inventory / costing
* Multi-site finance experience
* Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus)
