Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant who is a strong multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who has the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation. You will support the global Marketing team with administrative and operational activities, with a focus on event coordination across Europe. The role will require some travel to support with events onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all logistics, registrations and communications for events and trade shows
Assist with event budgets and post-event reporting
Support marketing campaigns, timelines, and performance tracking
Update website content, marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns
Process purchase orders, invoices, and track marketing expenses
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and maintaining files
Requirements:
Ideally a Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, but relevant work experience is preferable
1–3 years’ marketing support experience is desirable
Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and other marketing automation tools would be an advantage
Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in b2b Events / Trade Shows
