We're looking for an organised, proactive, and approachable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Aberystwyth. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. With hybrid working available, this role offers flexibility and the chance to play a vital role in the success of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the smooth running of the office, including facilities, supplies, and IT coordination.
2. Act as the main point of contact for client and third-party enquiries, ensuring high levels of professionalism and responsiveness.
3. Liaise with the Head of Office to manage office purchases, equipment needs, and budgets.
4. Support recruitment and on-boarding processes in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Maintain an organised and well-equipped office space, including purchasing furniture and technology as required.
6. Contribute to improving internal processes and help shape a positive and productive office culture.
Who We're Looking For
7. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate a team.
8. Experience in office administration or management, ideally with exposure to performance and change management.
9. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a problem-solving approach.
