We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse who would relish the opportunity to work within the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients.
We have two fixed‑term posts available:
* 1 x 37 hpw, ending 03/07/2026
* 1 x 30 hpw, starting 09/12/2025 and ending 01/09/2026
You will be considered for both posts unless specified otherwise on your application.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing nursing care to patients in the community and housebound settings.
* Conducting clinic and home visits, including in remote and rural areas.
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Services and Public Health Improvement.
* Supporting the Health and Social Care Partnership and delivering evidence‑based care.
Required qualifications and skills:
* Registered Nurse with full UK registration (e.g. NMC, HCPC, GMC, GDC).
* Valid driving licence; if unable to hold one, a suitable alternative transport plan must be proposed.
* Experience working in a community setting is preferred but not essential.
