Responsibilities
* Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
* Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills.
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
* Canvassing the local area.
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements & Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
* Work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* Have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Good telephone manner.
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
* Attention to detail.
* Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
