Description
This position offers the opportunity to create engaging, high-quality content and training for employees and Scheme partners, focusing on end-to-end journey touchpoints to deliver knowledge and tools for excellent customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include developing e-learning and training content for face-to-face and virtual sessions, as well as communication resources for email campaigns, partner websites, and internal knowledge systems, utilizing online platforms and software.
The role involves proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand operational changes, performance gaps, and technical information, translating these into clear, concise content. You will identify areas where training, communication, and resources can improve operational performance, efficiency, and user experience.
You will write and edit various materials such as e-newsletters, emails, training content, slide decks, process maps, and online resources. Additionally, you will manage communication plans, email campaigns, photoshoots, events, training sessions, and video content to ensure clear, targeted messaging that drives engagement and performance.
Knowledge of our systems and platforms is essential, as you will collaborate with content designers to create and deploy training and communication content, set up learning pathways, and roll out new content across learning management and knowledge management systems, as well as email systems.
Establishing good relationships with external suppliers to deliver solutions on time and within budget is key, along with managing queries and requests. You will also ensure the effective handover of training materials to delivery teams via structured train-the-trainer activities to maintain consistency in outcomes.
Analytics and feedback collection will be part of your role to evaluate the impact of training and communication efforts, sharing insights with Customer Services teams to support continuous improvement.
