Technical Service Delivery Manager – IT Solutions

Key Role Responsibilities
:
* Manage the seamless delivery of IT services to high-profile clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service standards.
* Act as the main point of contact for service-related issues, leading incident resolution and change management activities.
* Provide expert technical guidance across infrastructure and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Microsoft technologies.
* Lead regular client service review meetings and proactively strengthen customer relationships.
* Drive service excellence through analytics, reporting, and continual process improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic service enhancements and support business growth.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and process development within the wider service delivery function.
Key Attributes Required
:
* IT service delivery within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), VAR, IT services org.
* Strong hands-on technical background with experience in infrastructure, Microsoft stack, networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN), and public cloud platforms. You must be technical.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven track record in managing complex IT environments for enterprise clients (500+ users).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
