Lead the pharmacy team to consistently deliver exemplary patient care and operational excellence. Key functions include:
* Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and team members.
* Motivate, inspire and develop Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths.
* Identify critical business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance.

Qualifications
* Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
* Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
* Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
* No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
Pay
Typical pay range: $60.00 – $73.00 per hour.
