Responsibilities:
* In this hands-on, office-based role, you will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the firm's tech infrastructure, focusing on:
* Delivering clear and engaging IT training to staff across all departments
* Supporting digital literacy and best practices across software and systems
* Providing first-line technical support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
* Assisting in the management of meeting room technology and AV equipment
* Promoting efficient use of Microsoft 365, MS Teams Telephony, and key business software
* Offering support in database development and data analysis
