Retail Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor for 30 hours a week, across 5 days including weekends and bank holidays.
What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?
* Deliver first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer's needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
* Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and ATV to maximize profitability.
* Contribute to the store outreach plan using your local knowledge, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers, and participating in meetings and events in store.
* Participate in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
* Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat visits by maximizing Store KPIs.
* Accurately complete stock audits following management guidance.
* Process customer payments in accordance with policy.
* Read, understand, and adhere to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the shop floor, back areas, windows, and fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
* Treat all visitors with respect and consideration, using provided training to handle difficult situations positively.
* Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
* Proactively ask questions to ensure understanding of all working practices and procedures.
