Our Customer Service and E-Commerce team are looking for an awesome colleague to help spread the Christmas magic during our busiest time of year and to provide our customers with a fantastic shopping experience. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Assisting customers with enquiries, returns, and product questions. Answering emails, phone calls, and live chats with a smile. Providing a high level of service in a fast-paced, festive environment. Spreading holiday joy with every interaction! TO BE A SUCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT YOU WILL NEED: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
