Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Night Shift Manager to oversee warehouse operations during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, managing staff schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the night shift.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise all warehouse operations during the night shift
2. Manage, motivate, and coordinate night shift warehouse staff and team leaders
3. Ensure all picking, packing, loading, and dispatch targets are met on time
4. Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards throughout the shift
5. Enforce health, safety, and security procedures at all times
6. Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and goods movement
7. Plan labour resources to meet workload demands and KPIs
