About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Tenancy Specialist to join a large, well-established housing association. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced housing management environment.
This is a predominantly remote role with once-monthly office attendance in Haywards Heath (RH16).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of tenancy-related issues, with a strong focus on ASB case management
* Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour complaints in line with policy and legislation
* Work closely with residents, partners, and external agencies to sustain tenancies
* Prepare legal documentation and attend court when required
* Deliver a proactive and customer-focused tenancy management service
* Ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and internal procedures
Key Requirements
* Proven experience managing ASB cases is essential
* Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practices
* Experience preparing cases and attending court proceedings
* Ability to manage complex casework independently
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Available to start immediately
