As a Personal Assistant at our Derby Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Health System Director in the smooth running of a busy office. As the Personal Assistant, you will: Manage email and diary co-ordination. Control and facilitate meeting schedules. Arrange and minute key committee meetings. Analyse and collate data. Management of the patient complaints and compliments process. Manage the Practicing Privileges process Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines. Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants. Provide Administration support to the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and the Director of Operations To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need: At least 5 years’ experience most likely gained at an Executive Assistant level. Sound knowledge and competency in all IT systems. A ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving. Strong communication skills. Helping you feel good.
