Or have some clear understanding of Residential Letting/Property Management together with a genuine eagerness to learn and move forward. The Role Ensure routine inspections are carried out at all properties within the portfolio, in conjunction with company set time schedule. Attend and document Inventories & Move Out inspections, as and when required. Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required. Provide highest level of customer service, in line with Company standards, to all customers, including Investors, Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. Liaise with applicable councils to schedule required inspections to help protect HMO license conditions. As dictated in busy periods, assist team in conducting viewings with prospective tenants for new Property Lets. Prompt and efficient communication to all customers at all times, whilst ensuring all system requirements are up to date and accurate.
