Front of House Administrator

Godstone | Full time | Monday to Friday


First impressions matter and in this role, you’ll be the one making them. As the Front of House Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, professional face that greets clients, visitors, and colleagues, making sure everyone feels welcome and everything runs smoothly.


Your day will be varied. Some mornings you’ll be welcoming guests and keeping the reception space organised, other times you’ll be coordinating meeting rooms, handling calls and emails, or helping the wider team with admin tasks. You’ll also play a part in keeping things compliant, from managing sensitive documents to supporting office security and health and safety.


This is a role for someone who enjoys staying organised, has a sharp eye for detail, and can keep things calm even when the office is busy. You’ll need strong communication skills, a professional but approachable manner, and the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day office life. A driving licence is essential as you’ll occasionally need to travel between offices.
