Base pay range
* Recruiting for an experienced care co‑ordinator in homecare.
* Office and field based position, to manage the service of care of people in they own homes providing quality of living and independence for service users.
* Required to plan and maintain staff rota and manage team of staff.
* Strong communication skills needed to work with other healthcare professionals including social workers and GP's.
* Have responsibility to cover care calls as and when needed i.e staff sickness.
* Requirement to be on call on weekends.
* Maintain service satisfaction dealing with any complaints effectively through company procedure.
* Conduct spot checks and manage staff skill set by maintaining and updating staff training.
* NVQ level 3 in health and social care.
* Manage and maintain the recruitment and selection of staff effectively.
