I am currently instructed on behalf of a modern, fast-growing law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer (must be SRA-qualified) to join its expanding team.

The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of employment matters from instruction through to resolution
* Advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and workplace disputes
* Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Delivering clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the employment practice

About You
* Strong technical grounding in UK employment law
* Confident managing matters independently with minimal supervision
* Commercially astute with excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a modern, tech-enabled environment
Essential Requirements:
* You must be an SRA-qualified solicitor
* You must have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience specifically in employment law
